This proposal serves as an initial vote by Printing BurrBera holders and for Printing BurrBera holders to outline the initial tokenomics and governance mechanisms that will control the BurrBera stablecoin AMM for Berachain mainnet launch and beyond. The contents of this document are subject to change and further revisions by the BurrBear community.

We propose that the following guiding questions be used as first principles when crafting any tokenomics or governance mechanisms for BurrBear, namely;

1. How do we incentivize beras to trade on BurrBear, thus resulting in revenue for the protocol?
2. How do we incentivize TVL to enable #1?
3. How do we align incentives with Burr Pool Operators (such as partner protocols that are launching their own stablecoins), so that they:

We propose to;

1. Migrate the Printing BurrBera collection from to Berachain upon Berachain mainnet launch
2. Create BURR as a;

- an inflationary currency until it hits its’ max supply of 100M BURR (less with potential burns)
- fungible unit of value
- used to reward traders and LPs in Burr Pools
- used to capture value accrual from the BurrBear protocol
- rewarded on a per block basis to Printors as part of emissions schedule

To receive BURR:

Stake a Printing BurrBera NFT → receive fixed amount of BURR inflation per block → vote with full BURR allocation at the end of the inflation schedule → trade/bribe/stake BURR

# Printors Eat First!

BurrBear’s first priority will always be to take care of our Printors! To kick that off, we’re allocating an initial 2.5% of token supply to be streamed on-chain to the wallets of Printor holders over the projected 8 year emissions.

Important Points

1. The NFTs will function as a sort of “bearer bond” where the BURR tokens will stream to whoever the holder of the NFT is at any block. For example, if the first wallet who minted the NFT hasn’t sold it or transferred to another wallet by the time of BURR emissions activation, then that wallet will receive BURR on a per block frequency. If the first wallet transfers/sells the NFT to another wallet, then on the next immediate block that second wallet that now holds the NFT will receive BURR on a per block frequency. Of course, BURR that was previously streamed to wallets that held the NFT during past blocks will stay with the wallets that received it.
2. Printors will have governance power depending on;
   1. how much BURR they have already received in their wallet
   2. how much remaining BURR they will receive (assuming they hold the NFT)
   3. For example, if a wallet owns 1 Printing BurrBera NFT and participates in governance, then that wallet will have 1/100 Printing BurrBera NFTs \* 0.025 (2.5% of total 100M BURR streamed over time to Printors) = 25,000 BURR voting power.

### BURR = The core of our ecosystem

The BURR Token - the core of our ecosystem - is the reward token for LPs and BURRRRv holders.

BURR is needed to acquire BURRRRv. To ensure sustainable price development, the BURR Token is burned when exchanged for BURRRRv. The conversion ratio from BURR to BURRRRv is always 1:1.

BURRRb is the booster for the truly hungry bears (read: pool operators).

BURRRb is minted by depositing BERA, which then can be used to provide a rewards boost while you provide liquidity in a pool. You can use your BURRRb to boost BURR emissions towards a pool for 2, 4, or 6 weeks. The size of the extra rewards depends on two factors:

1. The duration of the boost

2. The number of BURRRb you mint (via BERA)

The longer and the more tokens you use, the greater the boost.

BURRRRv - Vesting for passive income, voting power, and more

BURRRRv will be staked 1:1 for BURR. The lock periods will be as follows:

- 4 weeks
- 3 months
- 9 months
- 12 months

The actual voting power will be determined as a percentage based on the underlying dollar value and the lock period. For example:

1,000 $ in Burr converted to BURRRRv

- 4 weeks: 25%
- 3 months: 50%
- 9 months: 75%
- 12 months: 100%

BURRRRv can be unlocked at any time, but the already paid emissions and a penalty based on the early unlock will be withheld from the underlying BURR. The voting power will decay linearly based on the time, till the unlock of the underlying BURR is progressed.
